My company is looking for software that will be able to create batch files that match the specifications for BSA e-filing/FinCEN. They are a government based program where financial institutions are able to file a form when they come across invalid social security numbers. I am told there are vendors out there that already have software or this purpose, but I am having a hard time finding a company that does.

There is a page called FAQ page where multiple questions have been posted. You can find the answer to your inquiry on that page since it provides everything there is about BSA filling.
The Batchrun application above is used to schedule and modify the behavior of Windows apps.
